After moving over 5 times to multiple states I wondered how the process could be done better and smoother.  Being in sales, I learned that customer service is what makes the biggest difference in any business transaction and especially when buying and selling a home.  With the experience that I have in sales and relocating multiple times, I decided to become a Realtor.  Being a realtor helps allows me to help you with what I am most passionate about, which is helping others.  Not only helping them in buying and selling a home but also helping people settle into their new environment.

After living in Texas most of my life I started moving with my husband and 2 boys.  I learned what it takes to get settled into a new place and city.  Not only do I help people find the place they want to live in, I also help them make the city and place feel like home.

I am a community banker with an emphasis on real estate lending. I actually met Wendy when she was representing the seller in a transaction where I was financing the buyer. Not how you usually choose your realtors right? Typically, my client's (buyer's) realtor would be more prevalent to my piece of the transaction. Wendy was amazing. It was a very complex transaction (short sale) where she was representing a seller in serious financial hardship. She would have earned her commission on that premise alone, BUT she went way above and beyond that. She effectively became a dual agent (without the dual agent commission) by communicating brilliantly across all parties and working tirelessly on both sides to make the deal happen. We ended up closing that deal in 26 days and, did I mention, the buyer was a family battling cancer and this was the cancer patient's dream home? Everything about Wendy and that transaction was special. I told myself then that next time I needed a realtor, Wendy Kriegshauser was who I was calling, and I have exposure to A LOT of realtor options in my business. We enlisted Wendy's services to sell our home this spring when we upgraded, and she was every bit as brilliant working for us as she was that past client. She is FULL SERVICE. Her marketing and staging prowess is excellent, her knowledge of this market is very impressive, and she understand the whole process, including the lending piece. She had our house sold hours after it hit the market and got $10K more than I had anticipated selling it for. I called her on a Saturday (we had no plans to sell 24 hours prior) and our house was sold on Tuesday. Above all, she's a total sweetheart and just flat out thinks of everything. I am so grateful Wendy and I crossed paths when we did. She is now at the top of my list for referral when a client comes to me for a pre-approval prior to signing up with an agent. Don't overthink it. Hire Wendy and be glad you did every day from that point forward.

She was very patient with us during the house hunting process and was always there and willing to show us new listings. She was very responsive with all questions and inquires we had. She was truly amazing to work with! We randomly got assigned to her when making an inquiry thru Zillow and what a great experience. We will recommend her to our friends that may need a realtor.
